Well child checkups information

What to Expect at Your Well Child Visit

Each well child visit consists of similar elements, some of which may or may not apply depending on your child’s age. We will do our best to make you and your child feel comfortable.

One of our nurses will perform a variety of different measurements and tests.

From infancy through age 2.5 yrs, we will be measuring weight, length, and head circumference.

At age 3, we begin measuring blood pressure (along with weight and height).

At age 4 and older, we measure weight, height, blood pressure and test hearing and vision.
